What Others Are Saying...
Lorena Estrada · ITESM CEM Wonderfull this lesson from Katt, Excellent investigation to let go about external rules . Everything we need is inside Us. We can fix wharever bother us... We have spiritual support and We should trust in us and in that ... Im relief ... Dont have to have the perfect life and have to understand real hapiness
Lynette Jokilehto · Intake Coordinator at York Hospital I have found a lot of freedom in letting go of the need to be right I loved the info in this lesson and I'm looking forward to the rest of them. I like how you separate the info to blocks. A person may not get overwhelmed when it is smaller sections
Kate Lynde · Owner/Yoga Instructor at The Spirit of Yoga And so it seems that much of awakening is really remembering who you are without all the external programming which is quite extensive. I know I have longed to feel as though I fit in most of my life, but recently I have taken joy in realizing how quantum much of my thinking and perception is!
Gopal Krishnan · Process Engineer at Cameron, a Schlumberger Company A truly inspiring first chapter or lesson and when I looked at the phrase "Good to be bad" after havng gone through the enitre material, I was reminded by my uncosncious of many situations in life where I was just acting to please someone to feel right or to be right in their perception instead of listening to inner inuition. As Katt rightly put it, denying a dessert or two needs to be done to make this journey click and I pity at myself for having missed that "bus" so many times.
Diego Santos · Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (Rede UEPB) Well, I get really excited about it, the way you say things, without put any pressure in the "learner" is, how can I say...kind. It really takes you, your words have an aura of freedom. I'm looking foward to the next session btw hahah <3
